Does it happen to you that you can not keep certain people out of your mind even if you hate them,even they have literally no importance in your life whatsoever but still just mere existence of them tends to eat away your time and energy even if you don't want to think about them? Well this is been happening to me for a quite some time and I absolutely despise this person. He is self absorbed narcissistic self centred egoistic prick and I can not stand to be with him in a same environment but then i have to because we work together. Everyday I think why the hell i give even a second of my time to this person. Every minute i waste behind it is a total loss. And i lose my mind and the more i think about not thinking i tend to do it more and again and again.
The only way i found useful is to ignore it and just be happy and feel sad for him for his miserable life .. he us not happy and that is why he can not see anyone around him happy. He is unsatisfied unhappy and he doesn't respect a single soul. And one of my friend is head over heels in love with him and he couldn't even respect her and everyday i see him insulting her but I don't think she minds at all. Things people do for love!!
1) One thing you could do is focus on your own life and get busy getting better in your life and your career and focus on your own happiness and when you are happy you don't see these sad sad people anymore.
2) Stand up for yourself and don't let these people rule you or your life. Once you let them control you they will just walk all over you. Don't be a pushover and do thing the way you want to do them.
3) Have a self confidence and speak louder and clear and let people know you are there and you have a view and a voice. It is better if they don't agree with you rather than ignore you.
4)you are no less. You are you. Be you unapologetically
5)When you focus on improving yourself there is no one in the world who will sound important enough to waste your time on.. Be so in love with you that you will never have time look upon anyone else
